Shipping Policy
Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where available and depend on destination, product and fulfilment location.
Orders may be fulfilled from one or more fulfilment partners, so items in the same order can occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, address errors and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Where import duties, taxes or customs charges apply, responsibility is determined by the checkout terms and destination rules shown to the customer.
